First of all we all have to install of several softwares in the computer like .NET FRAMEWORK and DIRECT X and C++ DISTRIBUTION in the computer so that we can avoid future errors and perform better without any error .so after that you will have to install the software called MAMP yes this is a software which will allow us to make the website or install the wordpress in the computer without any Internet and without any Domain and Hosting provider so it's very easy below I have even the link of the software from which you can download the software and then install them in the computer easily..
Download:-
1- Net Framework 4.5.
2- Direct x 11 or above.
3- Microsoft visual c++
4- Mamp free
After installation of all the above software Now follow the given procedure so you can start the website making within few seconds
Run MAMP software which you have installed on your computerClick on web start.
After clicking on Webster you will be redirected to to the web browser and click on tools and click on PHP my adminNow it will open PHPmyADMIN panel now you will have to create a database.
1-To create a database click on new create and give it a name TEST and click on save or ok button.
2-Now close the browser and open your computer go to C:\MAMP\htdocs\
3-Now create a folder with your website name and extract the wordpress latest version files in this folder.
4-Now start MAMP software in the computer and minimise it
5-Open your browser and type localhost/ and hit enter.
6-Now choose your language and click on Ok.
7-In the database type the database that you have created in PHP my admin which is TEST and use the username root and password root and click install
8-Choose your username and password and you are all set now
